Everything You Need to Know
IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTED RETURN, WHAT DO I DO?
As indicated in the Vinyy seller agreement, all the return items must be accepted.
In the event that returns are defective, we advise you to fill out the Seller Claims Form.
Vinyy will investigate your claim, which takes an average of two weeks.
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Vinyy within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped by Vinyy between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
WHAT IS YOUR REPLACEMENT POLICY?
Yes, you can create replacement and exchange orders from this page by clicking Return Items and following the instructions. If you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item. If you would like to exchange an item for another, you can exchange for a different size or color or for an item in your Cart.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
When you see that Vinyy Pay is an accepted payment method for a product or service that you want to purchase, just click the Vinyy Pay logo or button, enter your Vinyy.com email address and password, and then choose your payment method.
